Finally....
I got a mail for Julie...

Dear Yuan-Ting:
Greetings from the Savannah College of Art and Design!
I am pleased to announce that you have been accepted for enrollment in the master of fine arts program in interactive design and game development. Congratulations!
Please complete and return the attached scholarship application to me immediately so I can forward your file for fellowship consideration.
All new incoming international students are required to take the mandatory English proficiency test upon their arrival to the college except students who are exempted out of the requirement, please refer to http://www.scad.edu/academic/ESL/assessment.cfm for a list of criteria needed for exemption. You are required to take the ESL exam when you come to Savannah and, based on the outcome of your test result, you may be placed into appropriate level of ESL study first.
I will mail out the official acceptance packet with I-20 document to you soon, in the meantime, please refer to http://www.scad.edu/savannah/life/reslife.cfm for on-campus housing availabilities at the Savannah College of Art and Design.
I hope to see you this March.
